Jurisdiction

26. The Parties expressly agree that this agreement containing the terms of use of the website and the platform shall be governed by the laws, rules, and regulations of India, and that the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties in relation to this agreement. 

Dispute Resolution

27. Any dispute, difference, controversy or grievance arising out of or in relation to this agreement shall be referred for resolution to the Internal Grievance Redressal Officer within 30 days of the occurrence of such dispute, difference, controversy or grievance. In the event the parties fail to resolve their disputes or differences as aforesaid, the courts in Mumbai shall be entitled to adjudicate upon such matter.
